Library:
The school library has many resources available to students such as volumes of books, texts, periodicals, dictionaries, videos, and software. Library books can be signed out by the student and returned to the front reception area at the student’s convenience.
Transcripts:
Students will receive an official transcript upon graduation.
Request for additional official transcripts will only be processed upon receipt of a written request and a processing fee of $5.00.
(When requesting an additional official transcript the written request should include: Name at time of graduation, program attended, social security number, dates attend and a $5.00 money order.)
All records are subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974. The school reserves the right to withhold an official transcript if the student’s financial obligation to the school is not cleared by the Fiscal Department.
Grading System:
Evaluations occur upon completion of the term and at periodic intervals during the term if the instructor deems necessary. Students’ grades are determined as listed below:

Academic Honors:
Any student who maintains a cumulative grade point average of 3.75 or above, on a 4.0 grading scale, qualifies for placement on the Academic Honors List with High Honors. Students holding a cumulative grade point average between 3.60 and 3.74 will be placed on the Academic Honors List with Honors. |
